Do I get a discount if I bundle some of your services?
Absolutely, If you choose more than one package, I can tailor-make the packages to suit your needs.
How do you track your time and why?
There are two clear pricing practices, the hourly rate and the per-project basis. When charging per project, time tracking is irrelevant, as you’re paying based on a specific result rather than the time spent on the task itself. But if you chose to pay an hourly rate, you need to know how I am spending that time.
Trust is essential when working with me. It’s the foundation of a successful working relationship, and I strive to be as transparent as possible about how I’m using my time. To ensure this, I use a time management tool that provides a clear breakdown of where each hour is spent. This report will be included with your invoice, and I charge in 15-minute increments for every hour of work.
I’m committed to the efficient use of my time when working with multiple clients. Not only does this help me manage my own workload, but it also helps my clients save money by keeping me from going over on time. Together, we can create a great working relationship built on trust and transparency.
How does a retainer work?
A retainer gives you the advantage of securing block booking assistance, which gives priority of your task over other client projects. You can tailor this service to your needs with either 24-hour, weekly, or monthly periods. Any additional time over the package will be charged hourly at the end of the month, giving you complete control over your costs. However, if you overestimate the time needed or don’t have work for the time purchased, your time won’t be carried over into the following month.
When do I pay for your services?
All services are paid in advance via PayPal to secure our trust, then onto direct bank transfer to avoid any additional charges from PayPal. Any additional time used outside of the retainer agreement will be billed at the end of the month.
Can I hire you as and when I need you?
Yes, you just need to select ad-hoc hours where you can pay as and when you need them.

Of course, you can. With today’s ever-changing business landscape, it’s more important than ever to have the support and assistance you need to reach your goals. What if I need you to come into the office?
As a Virtual Assistant, I’m committed to providing exceptional remote online services to your business. Although I’m always happy to meet you in person and be an official part of your team, if I am required to come into your office on occasion, I must charge a premium rate of £45 per hour to cover the travel time, travel expenses and any additional expenses incurred.
