Hey there, I’m Sharlin, your Neurodiverse & Small Business Virtual Manager! It’s a pleasure to meet you.

My mission is to be your dedicated business partner, your soundboard, and your thinking tank, seeing problems before you do, keeping you accountable, and bringing structure to your business goals. With over 17 years of experience in the exciting world of media, I’ve had the privilege of working with incredible companies such as WPP, IPC Magazines, and Saatchi & Saatchi (Yep, I’ve been around a while!). Through these experiences, I’ve gained invaluable insights into financial administration, coordination, design, and project management. I’ve witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by businesses of all sizes and industries, including startups.

But you know what? Life in the corporate world started taking a toll on me. The long commutes, the whiff of morning coffee breath, and the late nights in cramped offices left me with little time for my family and impacted my health, especially my journey with Ulcerative Colitis. That’s when I made a life-changing decision—to step away from the corporate hustle and embrace a fresh, virtual approach. Now, I run my own business from the cosy comfort of my home office in Surrey, UK, or connect with fellow entrepreneurs in vibrant co-working spaces when I crave that sense of community. My goal is to deliver lean and efficient services that allow businesses like yours to shine, focusing on what you do best.

I have a special place in my heart for neurodiverse entrepreneurs. I truly appreciate the unique perspectives and strengths they bring to the business world. Creating an inclusive and supportive environment where neurodiverse individuals can thrive is incredibly important to me. You see, I have firsthand experience with neurodivergent challenges through my own family members. I’ve always been their go-to support, for as long as I can remember, and it’s shaped me into the compassionate advocate that I am today.
